Fire Risk Assessment
A fire risk assessment is a review undertaken of a building in order to assess its fire risk and offer recommendations to make the building safer, if necessary.
If there are less than 5 occupants regularly in the building, then it isn’t required for the fire risk assessment to be written down. So it isn’t always a document.
At Circle Fire we recommend that a fire risk assessment always is in writing, since that is the easy way for the findings to be communicated and to ensure that any recommendations are carried out.

Fire Alarm Systems Installation & Maintenance
Fire alarm systems are your company’s first line of defence against fire hazards. Circle Fire & Electrical installs and inspects fire alarm systems of every kind, ensuring your system is up to code and at the ready to warn you in the event of an emergency.
Fire Extinguisher Servicing
Fire extinguishers are a key component of every facility’s comprehensive fire suppression system. But, they aren’t worth much if your employees don’t know how to use them. That’s why, in addition to installing and inspecting fire extinguishers, we educate and train companies on proper fire extinguisher use.

Emergency Lighting Installation
Emergency lighting is Lighting that automatically comes on when the power supply to the normal lighting provision fails.
- Emergency escape lighting – that part of an emergency lighting system that provides illumination for the safety of people leaving a location or attempting to terminate a potentially dangerous process beforehand.
- It is part of the fire safety provision of a building and a requirement of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
- Standby lighting- that part of an emergency lighting system provided to enable normal activities to continue substantially unchanged.
Automatic Operated Vent Systems
Automatic Opening Vents (AOVs) can be used for daily ventilation as well as smoke exhaust. Advanced control systems typically include temperature, humidity and CO2 sensors to maintain a comfortable interior environment for building occupants, while also serving to keep them safe in the event of a fire.
AOVs utilise fresh air to optimise indoor air quality and to let smoke out in the event of a fire to create safe, smoke free escape routes and access or fire-fighters. See videos of our fire protection services
